Refund Policy

RETURNS

The maximum period for accepting returns is 15 days after the purchase receipt date. Items to be returned must be in perfect condition, with the original packaging.

Returns will not be accepted for items that have been handled, opened, or tested. If your order arrives in poor condition, you must note it on the carrier's delivery note and immediately contact our Customer Service department to inform us of the case. From there, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return process.

Once the merchandise is received at our warehouses, we will inspect the packages. If the condition is verified and the return is deemed valid, we will proceed with a new shipment of your order. If the return conditions are not met, THE COMPANY will not accept the return and will notify the customer via email. Rejected items will remain available for the customer at our warehouses for one month, during which they may request a new shipment, assuming all costs associated with the new delivery in advance.

THE COMPANY reserves the right to reject returns sent outside the established period or that are not in the same condition as they were delivered.

In case of loss, damage, or shipping delay, the transport company will be responsible, and the Transport Company’s Terms and Conditions will apply.

The management and shipping costs for a return due to quality issues or an error on the part of THE COMPANY will be free of charge for the customer: we will arrange for the collection of the defective product and proceed with the delivery of a new one after receiving the returned product.

To expedite the process, you may send us a photo clearly showing the defect and identifying the order. If the reason for the return is not related to quality or error, the customer will be responsible for the management and shipping costs, which will be 10 Euros.

We will process the refund for the returned product within a maximum period of 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase. If payment was made via bank transfer, the customer must provide THE COMPANY with the necessary information to complete the transaction.

If the order has already been processed and shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled. If a refund is requested, THE CUSTOMER must wait to receive the merchandise and then return the order at their own expense.
