TERMS OF SERVICE
OBJECT
The sale is considered to take place at our registered office, and purchasing through this portal implies acceptance of the general conditions. The contract language is Spanish. The electronic documents in which the contract is formalized will be archived and accessible.
ACCESS AND SECURITY
Access to the Services requires prior user registration, once they accept the General Conditions, becoming considered Clients. The Client's identifier will consist of their email address and a password. To access their account, the Client must enter this identifier along with a password that must contain at least 4 characters. The use of the password is personal and non-transferable, and its transfer to third parties, even temporarily, is not permitted. In this regard, the Client agrees to use it diligently and keep it confidential, assuming full responsibility for the consequences of its disclosure to third parties. If the Client becomes aware or suspects that their password is being used by third parties, they must immediately change it in the manner specified on the Website.
PRICES
The published prices are in Euros and are valid except for typographical errors. All prices include the applicable VAT on the order date. Any VAT rate changes will be automatically applied to the prices of products on sale. Offers on products for sale will be displayed in the "Offers" section or indicated on the product page. Unless stated otherwise, they will be valid while displayed on the screen. INCA SLY reserves the right to modify the commercial offer presented on the website (products, prices, promotions, and commercial and service conditions) at any time.
PRODUCT
The offers presented are valid within the limit of available stock. THE COMPANY reserves the right to modify the product range based on difficulties imposed by its suppliers.
SHIPPING
1. Products purchased will be delivered to the person and address indicated in the order.
2. By default, invoices will be sent to the email address provided by the client during registration. They can also be downloaded from their internal user account.
3. There will be no dispatch or delivery of orders on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
4. However, delays do not imply order cancellation or any compensation.
5. An order is considered delivered when the carrier delivers the package(s) to the client, and they sign the delivery receipt. It is the client's responsibility to verify the condition of the goods upon receipt and report any anomalies on the delivery note.

7. If the order is canceled before the goods are shipped, the client will incur no cost. If the cancellation occurs after the shipment, the client must cover the shipping and return costs.
8. The client is responsible for the accuracy of the provided address details. If an error requires a second shipment, the client will be responsible for the additional shipping cost.
9. The client must facilitate the delivery of the order. If the carrier cannot deliver and justifies the failed attempts, the shipping and return costs will be borne by the client.
10. For international shipments to non-EU countries or to Melilla, Ceuta, or the Canary Islands, customs costs are the responsibility of the recipient. To receive the package, the recipient must pay the taxes, duties, and fees required by the country's laws. The exact cost will only be known once the packages are released by authorities.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do I need to register to make a purchase? Yes, registration is necessary for making a purchase, but you can freely browse the website without registering. We require registration to obtain your shipping details.
What are the shipping costs and delivery times? INCA SLY offers free shipping within mainland Spain for orders over €250. For the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout based on the correct address. If an order is placed before 1:00 PM, the delivery time will be 24-72 hours once payment is confirmed (provided the recipient is at home). Specific delivery time slots are not available, although we strive to ensure timely delivery. If there is an error in the provided address, the CLIENT must cover the package redirection costs.
Is it safe to shop at the INC SLY online store? Yes, you can shop with complete confidence. Transactions related to your order, especially online card payments, are protected. The transaction is carried out on a secure server (SSL), and your card number is encrypted.

RETURNS
Can I return my order? The maximum period for accepting returns is 15 days from the date of receipt. Returns outside this period will not be accepted. Returned items must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Items that have been handled, opened, or tested in any way will not be accepted. If your order arrives in poor condition, you must note this on the carrier's delivery receipt and contact our Customer Service department for instructions on processing the return. Once received in our warehouse, we will inspect the packages. If applicable, we will send a replacement order. If you encounter any issues with your order, it is essential to contact us as soon as possible at info@incasly.com. If return conditions are not met, INC SLY will not accept the return and will inform the client via email. Rejected items will be held for one month at our warehouse, and the client can request re-shipment at their expense. After this period, the items will be discarded. INC SLY reserves the right to reject returns sent after the deadline or products not in their original condition. In case of loss, damage, or shipping delays, the transport company will be responsible according to their terms and conditions.

Credit or Debit Card You can shop securely. Selecting this payment method will direct you to our virtual POS system to ensure payment security. Your order details and online payment are protected via a secure server using SSL security software, and your card number is encrypted.
Why might my credit card be declined? • The card may have expired. • The card’s limit may have been exceeded. • Some entered information may be incorrect.
ORDER TRACKING AND DELIVERY TIMES
Which courier will transport my order? We select the best courier for your area based on customer feedback. If you experience any issues, please report them via the feedback email received after delivery.
Where will I receive my order? Orders will be delivered to the address specified by the client. PO Box deliveries are not accepted. If there is an error in the provided address, the CLIENT must cover any re-shipping costs.
How long will it take to receive my order? Orders are delivered within 24-72 hours* from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. *Orders placed before 1:00 PM on weekdays (excluding holidays) will be delivered within 24-72 hours, provided the recipient is available.
Can I track my order? Yes. You can track your order at any time via the link sent to your email by entering your order number and postal code. The courier may also send additional delivery information via phone or email.
ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION THE COMPANY actively resolves disputes through customer service. As per Article 40 of Law 7/2017, access to the online dispute resolution platform is provided: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home.show&lng=ES However, we may decide case-by-case whether to adhere to this system, as we believe disputes should be resolved directly through customer service.
